New information on Riverside County flu clinics

SANTA MARIA, Calif. The family of an elderly woman who died of a heart attack is blaming a Santa Maria hospital's focus on accommodating a flu-stricken Michael Jackson for contributing to her death.

The family of 74-year-old Manuela Gomez Ruiz is threatening to sue the pop star and Marian Medical Center.

Family members told A-B-C's "Good Morning America" today the grandmother was relocated from the hospital's primary trauma room to a smaller room so Jackson could have the larger room. The family says Ruiz was being treated February 15th for a heart attack and died the same day after two more heart attacks following her move.

Jackson publicist Raymone Bain blasts the "Good Morning America" report.

Bain says, "It is outrageous that Michael Jackson's name would be invoked into a situation of which he had no authority or control. He was a patient himself."

In the statement, the singer also offers condolences to Ruiz's family.
